常见的核酸测试方式有两种，一种是通过鼻腔的鼻咽拭子采集，还有一种是通过口腔的咽拭子采集。对于集中隔离人员，一般都是采用鼻拭子，因为鼻拭子可以在鼻咽部停留较长时间，以便获得更足量的标本，得出的数据会更加精准，同时暴露的风险较低。

当无法采集鼻咽拭子时，应选用口咽拭子，如重症病例患者、被采集人进行过鼻部整形手术或鼻部疾患，鼻腔粘膜容易岀血等等。
